  • 2 medium bananas
  • 1 cup high-quality dark chocolate, melted
  • 2 tablespoons shredded coconut
  • 2 tablespoons roasted hazelnuts or almonds, chopped
  • Alternatively, you can use finely chopped dried fruit for extra colour and flavour!

 

 

Instructions

 

  • Let's set up our sushi-making station! Pour the shredded coconut, chopped nuts, and dried fruits into separate shallow dishes.
  • Melt the delicious dark chocolate and pour it into another shallow dish.
  • Now, it's time to roll! Take each banana and roll it first in the melted chocolate until it's nicely coated.
  • Next, roll the chocolate-covered banana in your chosen toppings - whether it's the coconut, nuts, or dried fruits - until it's completely covered with goodness.
  • Once coated, place the bananas on a plate.
  • Finally, slice each banana into half-slice pieces and arrange them on the plate just like sushi rolls.
