INGREDIENTS

  • 1 Green apple, thinly sliced
  • Fresh strawberries or pomegranate seeds
  • Arugula
  • Watercress
  • 2 Dried figs, sliced
  • 100g Roquefort or Ezine( Turkish feta cheese), chopped
  • 20g Hazelnuts, toasted and roughly chopped
  • 10g Walnuts

For the Dressing

  • ½ tablespoon vinegar
  • ½ tablespoon honey
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • ½ teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • ½ tablespoon lemon juice
